(from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) A tentative schedule for the event on Saturday April 11 will be available after March 30 to help participants, parents/guardians and visitors plan their day at the Durham Regional Science Fair (DRSF).

Highlights of Schedule for DRSF on Saturday April 11, 2026
8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Project set-up in Business and IT (BIT) Building
9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Judging
12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch - Student participants can bring lunches or go to food facilities on or near campus - Students must be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times when not in science project area in BIT Building
1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Public viewing - open to community to visit projects at the Science Fair
3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Guest speaker
3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Award Ceremony
4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Project take-down and clean-up
