INFORMATION FOR DURHAM REGIONAL SCIENCE FAIR

The Durham Regional Science Fair is open to elementary and secondary school students (in grades 4 to 12) as well as home-schooled students from Durham Region (Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, Whitby, and township of Brock, Scugog and Uxbridge). Students must register using their postal code, which for this region begins with "L").
Students who wish to participate in the Durham Regional Science Fair do not have to compete in a local fair (e.g. school, club, library) prior to registering in the regional fair. However in order to move on as a finalist at the national fair (Canada-Wide Science Fair), participants must participate in the regional fair for the area in which the live (and go to school) and be selected by the regional fair committee to represent the region at the annual national fair.
To register for the Durham Regional Science Fair for 2025, participants must complete the three steps under "Participant Registration"

3. Submission of "Permission Form"
